JMH Land Development Company was established in 2020 by its owners Steve and Jeanette Hentges as a complementary business to their successful 40 plus year, family owned, multifaceted general contracting business, S. M. Hentges & Sons. Our land development company operates in the greater Twin Cities area. We specialize in both large multi-phase residential developments and small boutique residential infills. In addition, we have experience with both commercial and industrial developments.
The day-to-day operations of JMH are run by Vice President of Operations Mark Sonstegard. Mark has over 20 years of experience in site planning, land entitlements and site development throughout the Twin Cities area.
